Supported Employment

As stated in our core values, we believe that neuro-diverse individuals possess tremendous potential and abilities to make meaningful contributions to society through employment.  We believe that employment enriches and adds purpose to each person’s life, and we value our role in providing individualized employment support to our participants.

[email protected] SE services may include any combination of the following services: job-related discovery and assessment, person-centered employment planning, job placement, job development, negotiation with prospective employers, job carving, job coaching and systematic instruction.  Our SE professionals also provide benefits counseling and other services not specifically related to job skill training that enable the participant to successfully integrate into community employment. [email protected] is an approved Community Rehabilitation Provider for the KY Office of Vocational Rehabilitation (OVR).
